Dr. Elam works with a dental surgeon who will place the implants in your jaw at our practice. Once the posts are in place, Dr. Elam will then attach a dental arch of semi-permanent replacement teeth for your immediate use. After the implants are fully healed, you’ll receive an arch of permanent replacement teeth at no extra charge.
