This was for my 6 month cleaning. I felt that I got one of the best cleanings of my life. The Hygienist (Brenda) was extremely through. Her personality was awesome. I would recommend her to anyone! The office staff were all super friendly and genuinely caring about my dental health. The Dentist (Dr. Elam) was very friendly. I left feeling that she was experienced and if I had needed dental work, she would have been someone that I would absolutely go back to.
Jude was amazing- such a great vibe and bedside manner. Exacting, total clean and total comfort. First time with her, though, this has consistently been my experience at Elam’s. Candace and office staff are so kind, accommodating and make it pleasantly familiar. I have not experienced a more fantastic and expedient dental service, with friends, not trying to upsell at every opportunity. They have successfully created an authentic culture of care and happiness. 🙌🏼 All the stars!!!
My family and I have been going to Dr. Elam and Dr. Brown before her for decades! We have always been treated with the utmost respect and care. Everyone from the front office staff, to hygienists to Dr. Elam herself is simply the best. We feel very “at home” in her office and try to tell everyone we can to see her. I have been a patient of this dentist for over 15 years. I have referred my whole family and a ton of friends. Candice at the front desk is perfection and is always so kind, friendly and wonderful at her job. Dr Elam always listens and makes you feel like the most important patient of the day. Brenda makes you feel so comfortable and always makes sure you’re ok during the cleaning. They are always available and accommodating and truly care about their patients.
