Follow the tips below to ensure your fillings last many years.

• Observe diligent oral hygiene — brushing twice daily and flossing at least once every day
• Rinse your mouth with an alcohol-free, antiseptic mouthwash
• Consider a custom-designed mouthguard if you suffer from bruxism
• Avoid or eat hard foods in moderation
• Avoid sugary foods and stain-causing substances
• Adhere to bi-annual dental appointments
