Dr. Maegan Elam

Dr. Maegan Elam was born and raised in Southlake, Texas and has served Bedford and the surrounding areas for over 10 years. She graduated dental school from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where she was actively involved in student organizations and received an award in Clinical Excellence.

After graduation she and her husband moved back to the DFW area. In 2018 she became the owner and solo practioner of our dental office, having spent the previous 5 years here as an associate. She has a heart for anxious patients and excels in making patients feel welcome and at ease.

Extremely professional and pleasant practice. I am thankful to have had Dr Elam recommended to me and each appointment has exceeded my expectations. Her staff is truly top-notch too. I’ve never been as comfortable going to the dentist as now. She’s the best!

Dr Elam & her team are the best! Jade is the most amazing hygienist ever — she is so gentle and careful. I’m a big baby when it comes to the dentist and with Jade I don’t dread it at all! Go see them!

Absolutely everyone here is amazing! I, like most people I'm sure, don't exactly like going to the dentist. I had a couple of bad experiences at other places before that scared me off from trying a new place but I needed to get a better dental routine going. From my first visit here years ago: I immediately felt at ease! Every person here is friendly and excellent at their profession! I feel like I'm part of the family whenever I come in. Also Candis at reception is the absolute sweetest person ever! Thank y'all for taking care of my teeth!

This morning was my first appointment here, and everyone was very welcoming and kind! Brenda walked me through everything she did! I even had an appointment somewhere else after, and they were very diligent and quick! I am also grateful for Candis for fitting me in during someone else’s cancelled appointment, after I had to cancel my original appointment!
